CORPORATE TRAINING PROGRAM
The mission of Action in English at the Olin Center is to provide language training courses and intercultural workshops to help people from different backgrounds understand and work together productively and efficiently in a predominantly English-speaking workplace.
As the local workforce becomes increasingly international, the occasions for intercultural misunderstanding proliferate.
Action in English will begin the training program with an initial consultation, free of charge to your company. Interviewing both the management and the staff allows Olin Center professionals to form a complete picture of your workplace perceptions, needs and goals. We then work closely with you to establish these goals and prioritize company objectives. A customized program will be designed to fit your schedule, staff, needs and resources.
Whether you seek basic English language training for your staff, or wish to train scientists to communicate lab results in English, we can provide the cost-effective and thorough workplace training you need.
Action in English is a subsidiary of the Olin Center. Founded over 13 years ago, the Olin Center has provided academic and intercultural training to thousands of US residents and international clients for over a decade.
